Refund Policy

This page explains Shuguni’s cancellation, refund, and damage-claim rules for prepaid food orders.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shuguni deals with a food product, so cancellations and refunds are handled carefully to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order/payment reference.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:

  • Payment made but order could not be processed from our side
  • Wrong product or pack size sent
  • Product damaged during transit with clear proof

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be available for:

  • Change of mind after dispatch
  • Incorrect address or unreachable customer
  • Natural smell, texture, or appearance variation of dried fish
  • Improper storage after delivery

Damage Claims

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to payment gateway and bank timelines.
